When do you opt for an outdoor or indoor screen?
If you can't reach the outside of your window, choose an interior screen. Where appropriate, we recommend a light colour, e.g. White or Boulder.
When mounted outdoors, the heat protection is greater than when mounted indoors
2. Choose the type of Sun Eclipse screen & type of frame
Do you want optimal view or maximum sunblock?
This type of screen has excellent sun protection and maximum preservation of the view. This type is the right choice for spaces where you want natural light because you spend a lot of time in that room during the day, such as living rooms and offices. This type of screen blocks 85% of sun rays when placed outside.
This type of screen repels heat and light as much as possible without completely obscuring the view. This type is the right choice if you want to keep out heat and light as much as possible, such as in bedrooms, with sloping skylights and, for example, for an office in which you mainly work on computer screens. With this choice, there is clearly less natural light. During the day you will probably need to turn on a lamp if you stay in these rooms. This type of screen blocks 97% of sun rays when placed outside.
What type of frame do you have?
The screens are placed on suction cups and are therefore situated 2 cm from the windows’ surface. To optimally protect against the sun, most frames require a slightly larger screen, otherwise light and heat will pass through the sides.
Enter the width and height of your window in centimetres here. Use a comma for millimetres. Please note, only measure the window between rubbers and/or sealant edges. See the question mark for further information.
The size of your window
Determine the width and height of your window (images 1 and 2). Tip: You can also measure this from the inside, you don't have to go outside for this. Check whether the inner size and outer size are the same and if there are no sealant edges or other differences.
NB: take into account the height of the suction cup for opening and sliding windows. This one is 3.5 cm.
Please note, only measure the window between any rubbers and/or sealant edges.
Please note, our suction cups only adhere to flat glass.

4. Choose your colour
When placing indoors, choose the colour White or Boulder. When placed indoors, the chosen colour has a greater influence on the heat-resistant properties of the screen. For outdoor installation, preferably choose a dark colour, such as Black, Anthracite or Concrete. These will resist the heat more and provide more visibility to the outside compared to a lighter colour.
Determine the name of your screen
Determine the name of the screen so you know which screen goes where. Your screen comes with a removable sticker with the text you enter here.
